All disputes in this regard are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Chennai.

This statement explains when is personal data collected and why, how long ACA Chennai keeps the data,ACA Chennai security measures and correction requests. “Personal data” means any information about an individual which can be identified from that data, as more specifically defined under Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). When you register as a member of websites owned and/or operated by us, or hosted by our business partners on behalf of us or use services on such websites.

ACA Chennai aims to comply with the requirements of the PDPA and respects your choices. If you have registered your telephone number with Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, we will not send you promotional and marketing messages. However, if you have previously consented to us sending you such message via your telephone number, we will continue to do so until you withdraw such consent.

REFUND POLICY

No refund of registration fee will be made by Association of Chartered Accountants, Chennai once the registration application is satisfactorily accepted.

It is the responsibility of the candidate to understand the eligibility requirements of Association of Chartered Accountants, Chennai before deciding to register for the ONLINE REGISTARTION. If the candidate registers and then determines that he/she is ineligible for admission to the program of his/her choice, no refund of registration fee will be made.

Course fee shall not be refunded once the candidate joins the course.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Candidates need to ensure that the information submitted by them is correct and true in all respects. In case any information is found to be incorrect or false at a later date, Association of Chartered Accountants, Chennai shall have the right to cancel the application registration. In the event of the cancellation of the application registration due to furnishing of incorrect/false information, the fee paid by the candidate will not be refunded except as decided by the management of Association of Chartered Accountants, Chennai
